Wajeeh Hassan

I offer an integrative approach to therapy to tailor our work to what feels right for you. I aim to meet clients where they are, and create a supportive, collaborative space — one where we can gently explore, experiment with new perspectives, and work through emotions in ways that help you move forward on your healing journey. Alongside deeper reflection, we can also focus on practical coping strategies to make everyday life feel more manageable. My hope is that you’ll feel truly heard, understood, and supported as you take steps toward meaningful change and personal growth.

At the heart of my work is empathy and a genuine effort to see the world from your perspective. Together, we can unpack and process what you bring, finding clarity and peace along the way. Through gentle questioning and encouraging acceptance where it feels helpful, I’ll support you in discovering new perspectives — and ultimately in finding your own answers.
